Terms of service

These terms cover the use of printshopone.com and the PrintShop One platform, operated by Dream Team Media, Carlsbad, California. By using either you agree to them.

The service

PrintShop One is software for running an apparel decoration business. During early access we set each shop up personally and features may change as we learn from real jobs. We will tell you before we change something that affects how you work.

Your account and your data

You are responsible for the people you invite to your shop and for keeping their logins private. The business data you put into PrintShop One stays yours. You can export it or ask us to delete it when you leave.

Connected accounts

When you connect Gmail, Square, SanMar, S&S Activewear or another service, you confirm that you are allowed to use that account with PrintShop One and that you accept that service’s own terms. Orders placed with a supplier through PrintShop One are your orders with that supplier; the supplier’s invoice is final.

AI assistance

AI features draft quotes, mockups and messages for you to review. You are responsible for checking a quote, an artwork placement or a message before it goes to a customer or a supplier. Nothing customer-facing is sent by the platform on its own.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Square under your own Square account. PrintShop One never stores card numbers.

Fees

Early-access pricing is agreed with each shop in writing. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before any change to what you pay.

Acceptable use

Do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk email, to infringe anyone’s trademarks or artwork, or to interfere with the service or other shops. We may suspend an account that does.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will be error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
