Privacy policy

PrintShop One is built and operated by Dream Team Media, Carlsbad, California. This policy explains what we collect when you visit printshopone.com or use the PrintShop One platform, and what we do with it.

What we collect

On this website. If you request early access we keep what you type in the form: your name, shop name, email, phone, and the answers about your shop. We also keep the page you came from and basic technical details of the request so we can spot abuse. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

In the platform. Print shops that use PrintShop One store their own business data with us: quotes, orders, customers, artwork, mockups, payments and messages. That data belongs to the shop. We process it only to run the service for that shop.

Connected accounts. A shop may connect its own Gmail, Square, SanMar or S&S Activewear accounts. We use those connections only for the features the shop turns on: reading and drafting the shop’s email, taking payments, and pricing and ordering apparel. Tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and can be disconnected by the shop at any time in Settings. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI features

PrintShop One uses AI models to read quote requests, price jobs, place artwork and draft replies. The content sent to those models is the content needed for that job: the email thread, the shop’s pricing notes and the artwork. Nothing customer-facing is sent without a person at the shop pressing Send.

How we share it

We share data with the service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, AI) under agreements that limit them to providing that service. We do not sell personal information. We disclose data when the law requires it.

Customers of a print shop

If you are a customer of a shop that uses PrintShop One, the shop is responsible for your data and this policy applies to our processing on the shop’s behalf. Portal links are private to you; do not forward them.

Retention and your choices

Early-access requests are kept until we have replied and for a reasonable time after. Shop data is kept for as long as the shop has an account. You can ask us to correct or delete data about you by emailing info@printshopone.com.
